Learn How To Draft, File, and Litigate An Exploitation Injunction Case From Intake To Final Order. October 12-14, 2023.
This is a full participation, hands-on event. Each participant will be part of a trial team and take the case from the initial intake screening process to the final hearing. Forms, checklists, motions, sample orders, and other materials will be provided. We will teach you how to make objections, admit evidence, and deal with hearsay evidence and testimony. You will practice with the pros.
New In 2023, we have added an advanced track which will focus on civil litigation and best practices in discovery.
The conference is a boots-on-the-ground experience. You do not need litigation experience, but if you have some, we will shine you up.
